Zaarang offers meeting and training rooms that general meetings, training or small conferences. Our larger rooms can be set up in different configurations to suite your requirements. Zaarang is a perfect business meeting venue as we are very centrally located in Lucknow and close to all forms of public transport. We also have public parking.

Terms and Conditions

  • The accompanying band & Dhol of the Barat is strictly not permitted at hotel entrance and the bank must shop at hotel gate itself.
  • In case if a dhol, Shahnai, DJ the performance would be allowed to go on till 22:00 hours only.
  • Keeping your safety in mind fireworks would not be permitted with in the hotel premises.
  • Hotel has a well equiped security department for your safety & security. Therelste no firearms will be permitted in the hotel premises.
  • In order to ensure high slandards and meet the security parameters be ‘in house’ contractors would look into your specific requirements, the hotel would introduce their floirst. Theme designers for the same to you requirements. No outside contractors would be permitted to work in hotel premises.
  • Any nailing, pinning or pasting on be fabric or wooden panels of the halls would not be permitted.
  • Any damages to hotel proerty will be charged.
  • There will be no responsibility of the management. If be programme is cancelled/postponed due to any reason, In such case 50 % of the contract value shall be forfeited.
  • 50% amount of be contract value has to be made at the time of booking and balance amount to be made one week advance before the event.
  • Packing of remaining food will not be allowed.
  • Management will not responsible for A.C. is supply of electricity fails.
  • Party’s own/outside food items or drinks are not allowed without permission.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Management reserves its sole right to shop the musical or entertainment program at any time.
  • No change in Menu & Guaranteed no. of person will be accepted seven days before the function.
  • No responsibility of Hotel or ary mishappening due to natual changes in weather.
  • Number of plates increased above lie guranteed would be charged extra as per rates.
  • Bar Licence well be charged @ 10000/- extra.
  • For Generator operation Diesel charges will be charged @ 10000/- extra this amount will be refundable as per uses.
  • All disputes are subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction only.
